Carb Master - Daily Carbohydrate Tracker App Reviews

The app is good, if a little clunky, eg. when an ingredient is added to favourites, it cannot also be chosen to add to the day diary. You have to then open favourites to do that. Also, the lists of foods need work. They are difficult to read because the names start with the method of preperation, so asparagus is "cooked, boiled, drained Asparagus" but because of the limited available space only the words "cooked, boiled, drained" are shown. So when looking at the food diary you cannot see whether it is asparagus or broccoli. A couple of tweeks and it will be a really good app.

The app itself was pretty well done, besides being a little slow and crashing at times. It can be frustratingly slow to add data for good so basic that should be included automatically. But still, it was an OK app... The update just erased my data, a months worth of painfully and patiently entered information. Not a happy camper. If you are going to release an update do your homework before to make sure you are not going to mess with your early adepts!!!

A good App but where are all the Canadian brands? It would also ne mice to be able to add my own brand name foods.

I upgraded from the free app with a very easy transfer of data. The main difference in pd vs free is the diabetes and water tracker. I would love it if there was an activity log too (you can log it briefly in the diabetes section) to journal fitness activities. I love the carb counting function and how it shows where you are compared to your daily allowance. I would like it to do this for the other nutrients eg protein. Another wish is that the "favourites" section of the food list alphabetized entries.

Finding it a bit slow bringing up favorites but otherwise no complaints. Helps me keep track of carbs and weight loss.

This app is perfect for tracking my net carbs, as well as my fat and cholesterol. The only thing is I wish the food database was much more vast, and I think the custom recipe section could be more detailed.

Very easy to use. Practical, and accurate.excellent for monitoring your low carb diet but also your blood sugars. I highly recommend.

Needs to be more Canadian friendly. We do have Canadian diabetics as well!

Very easy to use and really helpful. Very pleased to find so many of the Presidents Choice foods listed. The favorites are very slow to load though and Im also trying to enter data into the recipes option but am having great difficulties with the lack of recognition from the data base. Other than that well worth it for the price. Thank You.

Will give this app a 5 star when the recipe creator will be as efficient and detailed as the food tracking. Also would be nice if we could set up the number of portions in a recipe.

Every time I add food to favourites The app freezes up and then I need to reset my phone. I like how it keeps track and once you get onto where you need to be to fund certain foods under main categories its easy

Been a very helpful tool. But I do wish it was more Canadian friendly (wheres my Tim Hortons, eh?). Also it does tend to freeze when I add food to my favourites or update my weight. I also wish it had the ability to scan barcodes to upload that items nutrition info, instead of attempting to find it in the database. A calorie counter app I previously used had that feature so I know it can be done!

Not all features work. Cannot add weight, glucose or water intake. Freezes whenever I touch the add button. A complete waste of time dont waste your money.

I just bought this app and it keeps freezing on my iPhone 6s Plus. It was a waste of money because I cannot use it! Very disappointing.
