I liked the simplicity of this app. It lets you set a weight goal, track your weight, water intake. It will even let you know how many carbs youve had for the day by just looking at the icon so you dont have to go into the app unless you are entering data. The one thing I DIDNT like was the fact that I its limited on so many different things. If for example I want to add Oikos Greek yogurt lemon meringue I had to manually add it because it didnt have that brand of yogurt. And there are times when I felt like I spend more time trying to add data than enjoy my meal. Frustrating. Maybe a bar scanner might make it easier?
